- Business and platform information: truck names, venue information, menus, listings, profile content, uploads, and related business details.
- Transaction and billing information: subscription selections, billing status, payment-related metadata, event, catering, venue, and ordering purchase records.
- Location information: device or browser location when you grant permission, and truck live-location information submitted through platform features.
- Usage information: favorites, follows, alerts, reviews, check-ins, requests, posts, bookings, and similar activity.
- Communications: support requests, bug reports, feature requests, and other messages you send to us.
- Device and log information: browser, device, app, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the platform.
Payment card information is generally processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Bite Chaser.

- Business transfers: information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
4. Third-Party Services
Bite Chaser may use third-party providers including:
- Firebase / Google for authentication, hosting, database, storage, and related infrastructure
- Stripe for payment processing and billing
- Mapbox for maps and geocoding
- Google reCAPTCHA or similar anti-abuse tooling
- Sentry for error monitoring
- PostHog for product analytics
- Microsoft Clarity for session and behavior analytics
These providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Bite Chaser and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic and feature usage, improve performance, and support security and abuse prevention.
