Except where required by law, Bite Chaser fees are non-refundable.

Bite Chaser does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time remaining on a subscription, unused features, cancellations made before the end of a billing cycle, or inactive or lightly used accounts.

3. Event Post Credit Instead of Refund

If a paid Bite Chaser event post is not fulfilled through the platform, Bite Chaser will issue one replacement event-post credit instead of a cash refund, subject to reasonable verification.

Bite Chaser may deny a replacement event-post credit where the issue results from false, incomplete, misleading, or duplicate event information, user error, account abuse, fraud, payment dispute abuse, Terms violations, or circumstances outside Bite Chaser’s reasonable control.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy, Bite Chaser may suspend or terminate account access, revoke credits, or take other reasonable steps to protect the platform.

7. Legally Required Refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
